Jaime Picorelli, P.E.

Jaime Picorelli, P.E.

Mr. Picorelli is a registered professional engineer with more than 20 years of construction experience in deep foundations and geotechnical works. Working as the President and CEO for one of the largest geotechnical contractors in the world, he was responsible for the negotiation, oversight, planning, budget and construction of some of the largest and most complex deep foundation projects in the United States. His experience also include the direct management of multiple projects of various techniques in Puerto Rico.

• Degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico

• Graduate Certificate in Engineering Geotechnics from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, MO

• Registered Professional Engineer in Puerto Rico

Frank Nieves

Coming from a family of contractors, Mr. Nieves got involved in the construction industry from his early days, even prior to achieving his civil engineering degree. As a professional, Mr. Nieves worked with Kiewit Kenny and Zachary in the Tren Urbano tunnel project,  one of the largest and most difficult projects built in Puerto Rico. Mr. Nieves has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering including planning, management, design and the operation of construction projects.

Eloy Ramos, P.E.

Eloy Ramos, P.E.

The majority of Mr. Ramos engineering carrier was spent working for Soletanche Bachy, a world leader in foundations and soil technologies. He is been involved in hundreds of geotechnical construction projects throughout United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Ramos has experience in all aspects of geotechnical construction including tunneling, slurry wall, secant piles, drilled shafts, CFA piles, micropiles, soil and rock anchors, retaining walls, slurry trench, compaction grouting, rock grouting, chemical and jet grouting and vibroflotation.

Marianita Rosa Montañez, PE, MEM, CGC

Mrs. Rosa-Montañez has over twenty-three (23) years of experience as a Professional Engineer licensed in Puerto Rico and Florida. Has expertise in Federal Funds Management with extensive knowledge of requirements, administration and compliance while dealing with the inherent governmental and federal policies, at the same time dealing with private transaction requirements and clients; she has managed Inspector General inquiries and findings with great success. She is also proficient in Private Capital Management, State and Local Funds Management.   She has a wide understanding of the Engineering, Construction, and Management fields, as well as comprehensive experience in managing concurrent multiple large-scale complex projects. Such projects include Design/Build, Modernization, Demolition/Restitution, New Construction, Extraordinary Maintenance, among others.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez

Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico

Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
